Forms

Copper Cannon is a recreational summer camp, not a therapeutic or special needs camp.  If you have concerns about your child’s ability to function at our camp, please contact us to discuss your needs: (603) 823-8107. If your child has an IEP, behavior plan, or 504, please provide a copy to the camp office. The information contained in the document helps us make appropriate accommodations to help your child be successful at camp.

Campers are placed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, but only after all paperwork, including any IEP, Behavior Plan, or 504, has been completed and received by the camp office (see “Responsibilities” on our Eligibility page). Therefore, make sure to apply early in order to secure your spot. Please do not fax or take pictures of your applications and send them to Copper Cannon Camp. E-mail all documents directly to kgadapee@coppercannon.org. If you require assistance with the online application, please contact Katie in the camp office at (603) 823-8107. See “Parent FAQs” for more resources available to guide you through the application process.
